Hey all! I've finally begun making some new recordings, preparing for a full-length CD that I hope to release soon. I've posted a new track in the "Music" section, and I'll be recording again tomorrow (good day for it - supposed to be crazy hot here in Seattle!). Look for new tracks as they are posted. Some (most?) will be roughs, but you'll get the idea.

Hey, thank you so much to everyone who came to my show at the Wayward Cafe tonight. I had so much fun - really one of the most fun gigs I've ever played. Thanks again to Kim Ruehl and Stewart and Bob and all at the Folklore Society. What a great time!

Now, it's time for me to buckle down and record a dang full-length record. Dammit.

Visit No Depression

Sad news. My best friend, Hannah "the Pokeydog" Bee Hibbles, passed away peacefully and with diginity on Saturday, January 24th. Hannah was a fighter but pancreatic cancer took her down. She was a blessing to me and I will always, always miss her.

If anyone feels so moved, please send a donation in Hannah's name to PAWS, the Progressive Animal Welfare Society, where Hannah and I first met on July 17, 1997. PAWS is a great organization and nonprofit animal shelter helping animals locally and beyond. Check them out at www.PAWS.org .

I've recorded the title track for my upcoming CD, "Wishing Well." Take a listen in the "music" section!

That full-length CD I've been promising is soon to become a reality. The tentative title is "Wishing Well" and there will be ten tracks, plus a bonus track (children's song). So really that's eleven tracks. Look for it soon! I will send out an announcement to my mailing list when the CD is done.

Howdy!

Things are all quiet here... no more gigs until sometime next year. I'll be heading into the studio sometime in January to work on that full length CD I keep promising. Until then, I'm hunkered down with my guitar and my dog and working on some new songs.
